Lublin is one of the biggest cities in Poland. It is situated on the east of the Vistula river. There are 354 thousands inhabitants.

There are many interesting and historic buildings which you should see. In Lublin there is a beautiful castle and you can walk on the old town. Don't forget about a wonderful St. Peter's Cathedral - there are amazing 18th cantury frescoes. Universities are up to the mark in this city (for example UMCS and KUL).

What can I say about bad points of Lublin? It's a brilliant city but it's breveted insufficiently and there aren't a lot of tourists. Either, you can't find a lot of parkings there.

If you want to relax you can go to Zemborzycki Bay. But if you don't like water you can see beautiful parks and gardens. For example Saski Park is the oldest park in this city. And you wouldn't regret if you saw botanical garden. In Lublin there are a lot of museums, theathres, opera houses and there are often organized festivals. There are many clubs (for example Graffiti Club) so if you like nightlife you should go to this place.

In my opinion Lublin is splendid and interesting city. My town is situated near it and I am very pleased because of that.
